- Set & achieve sales target monthly/quarterly,
- Establish, maintain & expand the customer base,
- Collect customer feedback & provide updates to senior management,
- Travel to potential & existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company products & build brand awareness,
- Develop & sustain long-term relationship with customers,
- Implement sales management process to identify & prioritize key customers & prospects,
- Make suggestions on ways to improve sales and boost revenue.
- Proven sales experience in Agriculture sector,
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales target,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Effective communication skills,
- Ability to perform and sell under pressure.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in B.Sc.Ag or Marketing
Commission will be provided on achieving each target sales and extra benefits will be provided for exceeding the targeted sales.
