Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling and promoting the line of products offered by the company.
- Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within the schedule,
- Analysing the territory or market's potential, track sales, status reports, and increase customer base,
- Coordinating and communicating sales efforts with the team members,
- Supplying management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services,
- Travelling to potential & existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company products & build brand awareness,
- Developing & sustain long-term relationship with customers,
- Making suggestions on ways to improve sales and boost revenue.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with Business Relationship Management and Customer Relationship Management practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or B.Sc.Ag.
